Saturday mornings are designed to push you outside of your comfort zone and then let you relax and recover before the next set. We will do everything from stairs and hills to benches and bars.

Workouts are designed to accommodate all fitness levels and are as easy or challenging as you would like them to be.

Workout locations:
Vary depending on weather.

Workout time:
10:00am-11:00am year-round
