Absolutely! It is 8 chapters with different themes to each! Each chapter starts out with a nutrition, culinary and/or story with a teachable lesson in it. The recipes themselves are a mix of everything from healthy and inspiring breakfast, lunch and dinners. There is also a couple chapters for fellow pizza and pasta lovers. As well as a final chapter with tasty treats and desserts.
