- Local porch pickup at Chef Shauna’s home in North London near Masonville Mall (exact address will be sent in your confirmation email when your book is packaged up and ready to go within 1 business day)
- Local delivery will take place on Tuesday and Friday afternoons to anyone who lives within 25km (or so), of London, Ontario. A delivery email will be sent out the day the book is on it’s way 🙂
- Shipping via Canada Post for orders outside of our delivery range.
All books are wrapped in tissue paper and placed in a white box that is sealed. They make a perfect present for someone (or even yourself!) 🙂

Chef Shauna’s son has a severe dairy allergy and celiac disease runs in the family too. Ali follows a plant-based diet and we wanted to create a book that had options for everyone in the recipes! You can choose to make the recipe as is or see the chapter introductions and/or recipes to learn how to tailor them to your own preferences. You are also welcome to email Chef Shauna if you have questions about any of the recipes at anytime, email@example.com
Absolutely! It is 8 chapters with different themes to each! Each chapter starts out with a nutrition, culinary and/or story with a teachable lesson in it. The recipes themselves are a mix of everything from healthy and inspiring breakfast, lunch and dinners. There is also a couple chapters for fellow pizza and pasta lovers. As well as a final chapter with tasty treats and desserts.
Chef Shauna hopes that it will be a cookbook that you keep close to your kitchen and that you enjoy the healthy recipes. She also hopes that you enjoy learning the key things that she took away from her culinary education and experience in professional kitchens.
Creative Ali hopes that it will be a cookbook that you keep on your coffee table and enjoy the stunning food and lifestyle photography as well as the stories that she encouraged and beautifully edited.
