The Live Well Co is founded upon our passion for food, nutrition, fitness, and living a healthy lifestyle with good people. We believe in empowering others to live their best lives, give them the tools they need, and create long-lasting relationships with all our members. We consider our community to be our “extended family,” and we’d love for you to join us, too!

Shauna grew up as a competitive athlete in track and cross-country. She pursued her post-secondary education in Fitness and Lifestyle Management at George Brown College, Nutrition & Food Science at Western University, Psychology at Western University, and Culinary at Fanshawe College. Last but not least, Shauna also completed her National Coaching Certification Program at NCCP and Culinary Apprenticeship.

Besides running the Live Well Co and caring for her three little ones, Shauna has been an avid volunteer at the Ronald McDonald House since 2005, Growing Chefs since 2014, and part of the board for Forest City Road Races since 2013, helping raise funds for the Thames Valley Children’s Centre.

Dan grew up as a competitive athlete in many sports, with volleyball, tennis, and golf as his all-time favourites. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Brock University and has a decade of experience in market forecasting, supply chain, business management and marketing for large-scale corporations.

Besides helping Shauna with The Live Well Co and playing with the kids, Dan is recently launched his new venture, Live Well Build Co, leaving the corporate world behind to to pursue his passion woodworking, landscaping and renovations proffessionally. Dan is also the star of the Live Well virtual workouts, 24/7 tech support, spreadsheets expert and backdrop master for the Live Well Collection photoshoots.
