Shauna grew up as a competitive athlete in track and cross-country. She pursued her post-secondary education in Fitness and Lifestyle Management at George Brown College, Nutrition & Food Science at Western University, Psychology at Western University, and Culinary at Fanshawe College. Last but not least, Shauna also completed her National Coaching Certification Program at NCCP and Culinary Apprenticeship.
Besides running the Live Well Co and caring for her three little ones, Shauna has been an avid volunteer at the Ronald McDonald House since 2005, Growing Chefs since 2014, and part of the board for Forest City Road Races since 2013, helping raise funds for the Thames Valley Children’s Centre.
